USF personal training programs have grown in recent years. The FIT Program is a unique program that pairs seniors in the USF Exercise Science program with faculty members and staff. Students help clients complete fitness assessments, develop individualized training plans, and oversee post-assessments to assess results. Maureen Chiodini from USF says that the FIT Program is a complement to the university's curriculum and gives students real-world experiences.

USF students, faculty, staff and alumni can access the three fitness centers at USF for just $316 per calendar year. Faculty and staff can purchase daily or monthly guest passes to the gym.
