Equinox Bryant Park features four fitness studios, and instructors who teach a variety fitness classes. These instructors have completed over 150 hours of continuing education. Personal trainers are available to assist clients in creating their own workout plans and guiding them through each exercise. Equinox offers exclusive collaborations and activewear in its store. RUNNING PRECISION RUNNING

Precision Running is a 50-minute treadmill class for the runner of any level. Each session is unique. The speed and incline are varied to maximize your performance. David Siik started the program.
